These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all products and services of tk1971. By using the site or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted all the terms described below. Please read them in full.

1. General Terms and Applicability

tk1971 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply equally to the tk1971 website, mobile app, and all related services.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with these Terms. Every member registered with tk1971 uses the service subject to these Terms.

tk1971's services are available in both Bengali and English. However, the Bengali version of the Terms shall be considered the authoritative version. If any term is expressed differently in the two languages, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account with tk1971, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+).
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Each user must use a unique mobile number and email address.
• Users must operate the account in their own name — running an account on behalf of another person or a third party is not permitted.

At the time of registration, users must correctly provide their full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. tk1971 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

tk1971 reserves the right to reject any registration application without giving a reason. If incorrect information is found on any account, that account and the balance held in it may be cancelled.

3. Account Security and Verification

It is each user's own responsibility to keep their account secure. Never share your password with anyone. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the tk1971 support team immediately.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

tk1971 reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing a withdrawal request. This process may require a copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. If verification is not completed, withdrawals above a certain amount may not be processed.

3.2 OTP and Two-Step Security

tk1971 uses OTP verification at login. Keep the OTP sent to your mobile number secure and do not share it with anyone. If you have trouble with OTP, get help via 24/7 live chat.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tk1971 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The main terms for deposits and withdrawals are set out below:

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳300, by any payment method.
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other banks).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits through a third party are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Supported withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may not be processed before bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from tk1971 are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000. Each user may receive this bonus only once.

5.2 Other Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• When a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• tk1971 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and winnings on the relevant account may be cancelled.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and games on tk1971 are governed by the following rules.

6.1 Sports Betting

When placing bets on cricket, football, and other sports, the applicable odds are set at the time of bet confirmation. Once a match has started, a bet generally cannot be cancelled or changed, unless tk1971 itself does so in special circumstances. For in-play betting, odds may change quickly, and the decision to accept or reject a bet rests with tk1971.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fairness of results. Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, which is stated in the game information. The games available on tk1971 are developed by internationally recognised game providers.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games feature real dealers and are played in real time. In the event of a technical problem or network disconnection during a live game, the game may be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk1971:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Strategic betting to meet bonus requirements (arbitrage or bonus hunting).
• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts on the platform.
• Using another person's account or buying or selling accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Misconduct or intimidation towards tk1971 staff.
• Attempting to defraud other users.
• Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in the permanent closure of the relevant account, and the balance in that account may be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

tk1971 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If false information was provided at registration.
• If the documents required for verification are not submitted.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• At the user's own request.

If there is a valid balance before an account is closed, it will be returned to the user subject to the applicable terms. However, this may not apply to accounts closed due to prohibited activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

tk1971 is not liable for:

• Any loss resulting from a user's internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Account security being compromised due to a user's own negligence.
• Service being unavailable due to government restrictions or legal regulations.

tk1971 makes every effort to maintain service quality, but temporary interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance. In such situations, tk1971 will endeavour to provide advance notice.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

tk1971 gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. All data transmission is secured through SSL encryption technology. Our Privacy Policy sets out in detail how personal information is collected, stored, and used.

No personal information will be shared with third parties without the user's consent. However, exceptions may apply in cases of legal obligation or a lawful request from authorities.

11. Responsible Gaming

tk1971 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not an addiction. We therefore follow a responsible gaming policy. Our Responsible Gaming guide provides details on setting deposit limits, self-exclusion, and taking breaks.

Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own account if they wish. Requests for temporary or permanent self-exclusion can also be made through customer support. This platform is for users aged 21+.

12. Changes to Terms

tk1971 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via their registered email or a notice on the site.

Continuing to use the site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. The date of the most recent update will always be shown at the top of this page. If any change is not acceptable to you, you may request closure of your account.
